雷兆恆博士是一位兼具深厚學術造詣與頂尖企業實戰經驗的技術領袖。現任華為中央媒體技術院首席專家（21級）及華為香港音頻實驗室主任，負責引領華為全生態 AI 音頻技術的戰略規劃與全球研發布局。

雷博士具備卓越的「產學研」轉化能力，職業生涯橫跨學術殿堂與科技巨頭。他曾任美國麻省理工學院（MIT）訪問助理教授及新加坡科技設計大學（SUTD）助理教授。在擔任騰訊音樂技術總監(T14)期間，他主導研發的多項億級用戶商用技術，如「爆款內容預測系統 (PDM)」及 AIGC 生成系統，已成為優化企業投資回報率（ROI）的核心戰略資產，並多次載入集團年度財報。

Currently serving as the Chief Expert (Level 21) at Huawei’s 2012 Laboratories and Director of the Huawei Hong Kong Audio Research Lab, he orchestrates global R&D strategies to define the next generation of intelligent audio ecosystems.

Dr. Lui has a proven track record of bridging elite academia with large-scale industrial commercialization. His career spans prestigious roles as a Visiting Assistant Professor at MIT, Faculty at SUTD, and Technical Director (T14) at Tencent Music, where he was instrumental in deploying AI-driven systems for hundreds of millions of users.
